    Faster boot up time - by disabling items on startup.

    Hi all;
    i just come across this neat piece of software whereby you can use this to disable programs and it will not run on Windows start up.
    Program name: Autoruns for Windows v11.61
    Autoruns for Windows

    Just asking, if anyone of you have used this before, am i doing it the correct way? please refer to the printscreen. I am disabling some of the programs at boot time (show in the logon tab). Which other programs should i disable? to ensure faster boot time.

    It shows how to establish a Clean Boot and regain some Win7 performance from the inferior factory pre-install in Clean Up Factory Bloatware.

    With Win7 you don't need anything to start with Windows except the AV, and maybe sync program, gadgets or stickies if you use them. All others are freeloaders which can wait to run until you open them.

    Factory preinstalled Win7 is an inferior install corrupted by bloatware and duplicate utilities which compete with better versions built into Win7. Most tech enthusiasts will not run such an install but instead Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
