Windows freeze while playing Rift

Hi. (Please move to the right topic if this isnt the right one)

Yesterday as I was playing windows started to act wierd. The music stopped in the background, but I could move around and the sound of skills were playing. I couldnt alt tab out either, after a minute or so. The screen froze totally, I couldnt do anything (no sound either) but I could still move the mouse. And then the screen totally "broke" like it was a graphics card error. No bluescreen happened.

Restarted pc, choose to boot the last working configuration and continue playing. After this freeze happened 3 times throughout the day, I got a little annoyed.

Rebooted into safe mode, checked the event log. It was full of errors around the time the freeze(s) happened.

Something similar happened 2-3 months before to my pc, but back then after the freeze I got a bluescreen saying its a kernel error.

The windows 7 I use now its a totally clean one. Reinstalled it about a month ago.

While I was in safe mode I issued a checkdisk /r /f for all my drives (C / D / E). C and D were under use so windows would do the chkdsk upon restart, E wasnt in use at that time so it started the checkdisk, it was a very, very long process (1TB) so I went to sleep. 3 hours later I checked and only 33% was finished. When I woke up a nice bluescreen greeted me with a kernel data inpage error.

The interesting thing was this:

Something something "ntfs.sys at address FFFFF88001317758 base at FFFFF880012290000 datestamp 5168f5fc"

Begin dump of physical thingy: 0

Dump complete.

Dump failed with status 0XC000009D

So is it complete or is it failed, I asked myself. I checked the minidump folder in windows, but it was empty.

I restarted pc, it started doing the issued checkdisk for C and D, after it finished it wanted to do ANOTHER checkdisk for D. I let him do it.

Also another thing, when it was doing the chkdsk for C, it fixed some issues about my firefox profile in c:\docs and settings\user\appdata\roaming\mozzilla\firefox\profile

I made this face like, whaaaat o_O

When everything was done I deleted firefox and my profiles (saved the bookmarks) and reinstalled it along with my addons.

So, what causes my problems?

Here is the event log file:
And a dxdiag:
