CPU run idle %, Freq still around 30%, no streaming still, and no lockups or freezes. I am going to say you fix it and move on. Thank you for all or help. Any preventative measure I should take?

    Download Kaspersky Live CD

Burn it onto a CD and boot from it.

On the Press any key to enter the menu. Press any Key ( you have 10 seconds to press a key )
Choose Kaspersky Rescue Disk: Graphic Mode
Except the End User License Agreement

Click on File Manager and navigate to C:\Windows and delete the random name .dll files
