    Dual monitor cursor lag

I've never had this problem before, though i have never used dual monitors on a computer before, but when i have dual monitors the cursor lags, jumps around and doesn't respond for a split second, this mainly happens on my second monitor but is now happening on both and seems to be getting progressively worse, it also affects games causing them to lag, even though i have the game windowed on one monitor. I am running a NVIDIA GTX680

updating the drivers didn't fix the problem but i don't seem to be having any more issues, though games still seem to lag a little, just wondering if the monitors being different resolutions would be having an impact?

have a look in the game settings for the control settings for the mouse.

it's not the mouse lagging in game anymore it's just the game overall lagging

shut down any programs you don't need running on the pc when you are gaming especially graphic ones etc.

my pc runs games extremely well, i'm certain that it's not a lack of processing power, but as soon as i plugged in the extra monitor all my games seem to have a slight amount of lag
