Combining hard drives

hello all

this is my first post, i hope this is in the correct sub forum, my laptop has two physical hard drives, when i open up my computer it comes up with three hard drives like in the picture below, is there a way of combining HHD 2 & 3 together?

HDD 2 and 3 look like partitions so these can be altered in Disk Management
