ok. no progress in creating the disc the message appears before anything starts writing to disc...
For creating screenshots, you can either use the snipping tool or use the PrintScreen (PrtSc) button on the keyboard. (or Alt-PrtSc for taking a screenshot of just the current window)
Here is a tutorial on how to take and upload screenshots: Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums
If the error message is literally just #0x80004005 with no other info then a screenshot isn't necessary

There are a few things I would suggest trying.
1) Try to create the disc in safe mode (not sure if this is an option, but worth a try). How to enter safe mode: Safe Mode
2) Disable Outlook from starting on boot to see if that is making it fail: go to Start menu -> type msconfig into the searchbar -> open msconfig -> go to startup tab -> uncheck any entry for outlook (and uncheck office entries if unchecking only outlook does not fix it)
3)Try to burn something else to a disc to see if it is the startup repair that is failing or the writing to a disc: Burn Disc Image - ISO or IMG file (you don't have to use an ISO or IMG file I don't think)
4) If possible, you can create the repair disc on another windows 7 computer. I don't know if you have this availability though.
