Ran cmd program SFC /scannow found corrupt files but was unable to fix

Hi can anyone help. I've had a few freezes on my pc once while playing games and a few times while surfing the web, so i decided to scan my pc. I ran the sfc /scannow cmd program and received the message "Windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to repair them." I saw a thread on this before but my CBS file is way different. Can someone help?
    My CBS.log is attached

If you have SP1, you have to use an SP1 level installation disc for the Repair Install.

It does not matter how old the installation is, system files can get corrupted any time - possibly by some other installed programs.

SFC /SCANNOW can only repair files that are in the so called ' mirror' on the installed system. But those are only the most essential files. On the installation disc there is a full set of all system files. That does, however, not include programs or functions that were installed from another source - e.g. you could not repair files from Windows Office like that.

If I may; a little thought.
I have notice in the last couple of weeks on this Forum many people having problems with Windows 7 Ultimate.
Could you tell us where you got the Ultimate from and how it was activated?
