I've been banging my head against a wall trying to figure this thing out but no luck so far. This always happens when I'm just doing work, (studying some notes for my ccent exam, working on the network simulator, etc, etc). Doesn't happen when I'm playing a game or if it did I don't remember it happening then. At some random point in time my computer will just lag for a few seconds, and then completely freeze. Then, I will usually have to hard reset it, and it will reboot by itself. I didn't get a bluescreen, but windows acted like I got one anyway and showed the error message "windows just recovered from a blue screen" Luckily for me I have blue screen view and the results are in the attachment below along with a dxdiag.
I have run antivirus scans from various programs and I have come up with nothing, also I have uninstalled and re-installed drivers
for both the graphics card and the chipset, updated the bios, re-seated the graphics card, run chkdsk, and the system file checker, and no dice. So I'm not sure where to look next. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
