I got a new Dell. Wanna know how to test it? Any tools/app can give it a score?

For a simple guide Click the start button and type "Windows Experience Index" in the search box, press Enter and click the entry at the top of the window that opens!

Type "winsat formal" in the Command Processor (DOS prompt). This does more or less a full system speed test, and gives you real numbers to compare for each of your main components (as apposed to arbitrary scores).
