Audra without knowing what those files are for it is really hard mate to saywhich. The Windows installation ones I would hazard agues at not be touched atleast.
See pic the ones I have circled it would be interesting to find out what is in them as they are fairly large.

Are those file with random numbering is important?
like .dess extension
The problem is that it is very difficult to determine from the name whether a file is important or not. The same file extension can be used for very different kinds of files. Some similar files are very important. We might be reasonably sure that a file is unimportant but cannot know for certain. A mistake could have very serious consequences.
Edit: I would be very wary of deleting such files on my own computer which I know well. I know next to nothing about yours.
I think you would be better off using something like CCleaner to delete the temp files on your system. I would not delete stuff that you don't recognize. It's not worth the risk for the gain. With HD capacity nowadays it's better to err on the side of caution.
Also you can use the Disk Cleanup built into Windows periodically.
