Is the CD in the drive?

If not did you install a version of memory test? If so uninstall it Control Panel>Programs.

Hello Kuzan,

If you mean that Memtest is listed in your "Windows Boot Manager", then you might see if you may be able to remove it using the tutorial below.

Windows Boot Manager - Delete a Listed Operating System

Hope this helps,

Memtest Passes
Sorry for the basic question: When people suggest doing 5 passes in memtest, what exactly is 5 passes? Does that mean running memtest 5 times, each time until the pass figure reaches 100%?

How and where do I download/run memtest?
I am running windows 7 64-bit version. If anyone could provide a link and/or instructions as to where I can download it, and how I can run it that would be great. Thanks, everyone. Russell
