Windows barely runs, 0 free physical memory problem

My computer had been running fine since I bought it months ago and today all of the sudden when starting the icons won't load, nor do most of my programs. I can only run it now on safe mode and it looks like its a memory problem. The task manager shows 0 Free physical memory although barely any programs are running. Here are some screenshots to show in more detail. I'm not sure what to do, I've run Malwarebytes and removed all the objects that it detected but it hasn't salved the problem. I am thinking of reinstalling windows but I've read in other similar posts that didn't help.

    Please help...

PS Excuse the photos being rotated, in safe mode I'm not even able to rotate photos.

Memory is not your problem as you can see right at the bottom in the status bar it says "Physical Memory: 18% to 22%" that implies your memory is not even half used. The "Free" status is nothing but zeroed memory, it means nothing. "Available" is the important item you should be looking at. In either case Memory is not the cause of your problem.

Ok fair enough. What might it be then? This has literally happened from one hour to the next. I don't download torrents or anything which might contain viruses (at least not Theron aware of). Should I go ahead and reinstall windows ?) any suggestions on where to go from here?

    Thanks in advance.

    Please download AdwCleaner:
    http://general-changelog-team.fr/fr/downloads/finish/20-outils-de-xplode/2-adwcleaner
    Save to the desktop.

    Close all open programs.
To run the program, right-click AdwCleaner.exe and select: Run as Administrator

Click on Search and confirm the prompt.
After the program finishes, a text file report opens.
Please post the content of the C:\AdwCleaner[Rx].txt in your reply.

You can also try this: System Restore

Thanks Britton30, I unfortunately cannot run a system restore as it tells me that there are 'no restore points on my system'' thats my fault I guess for having never created one, I thought it was scheduled to do so automatically every now and then.
I have run Adw Clearner as you mentioned and after any search it gives me a prompt saying 'Pending. Please uncheck elements you dont want to remove' and that is it. I have found however the txt files you spoke of and I am attaching a couple of them here (I did this procedure a couple of times, in safe and in non safe mode).

    Thanks for your time.

When you say "icons won't load" what exactly happens?
