Okay this is pretty funny, found the culprit in my disc tray.
(if the image is broken, http://www.covershut.com/cd_covers/W...over-46901.jpg)
Every time the computer tried to load the disc, it started the noises. It does not matter if I activated the program or not and I had this disc in my tray for like 2 years or so and it only recently started doing the noise.
