    Stalling While Working, New Install


    I just install Windows 7 Pro on my new built system. Now I gotten a mom and pop shop to built it for me. I just install the OS and software. I fully updated my GPU software and even windows messages, I thought everything was working fine. But my system lags as in if I move my mouse it is delay and then just skips move like something else is going on. It froze once and I didn't get a BSOD or a dump, don't know what happening I attach SF_Diagnostic_Tool to this entry to see if anybody can point out any issues I may be having that I'm not seeing.
