How can I stop my DNS problems?

I've been having internet problems for atleast 5 days now.
I have wireless internet through Netgear, theres another computer thats connected directly to the router.
That computer is working fine, but my laptop keeps getting an error message that says "The Diagnostic Policy Service is not running".
It gives me the option to repair it, which I do, but that doesn't help me for more than a couple of minutes.
Ive tried many different DNS numbers, but they all give me the same outcome. Only a couple of minutes of good internet before messing up again.

I've tried resetting it, updating drivers, a system restore...so many things. Nothing has worked.
I don't know what else to look for here, and I'm totally out of ideas.
I'm assuming you need ipconfig/all results, so I'll post that, but I'm not really use what else you'll need.
I really hope someone can help me, I'm at my wits end.

When I ping a website like Google.com, it comes back fine I think. No errors, but I cannot
get any pages to fully come up, they just won't load all the way.

"Diagnostic Policy Service is not running" sounds like it could be some kind of infection or System file corruption. Run a full scan with Malwarebytes, then run SFC -SCANNOW Command.

It is today's post and the OP's response is not yet available. Anyway you can follow the thread and check OP's response if you do not want to carry it out immediately.. ( I am just acting like a post office.:) )

Oh wow, I did the SFC /SCANNOW Command and there were corruptions. Thank you, I didn't even know about that!

I haven't tried the other things you've listed yet, I'm still waiting to see if the scan I just did fixed my problems.

Run Malwarebytes again to make sure you have no remaining infection.

Then run SFC again until it comes up clean. If files are unfixable consider a Repair Install.

So I did another SFC /SCANNOW Command and it came up clean.
I ran a malwarebytes scan and found 2 infections, which I fixed.
I also did the flush of the DNS service, but none of these have fixed my problem...

at first when I did the sfc/scannow command everything seemed to be working again, but after a couple of minutes my problem came back.

Man I don't what it could be at this point...it wasn't doing this last week. I don't remember doing anything major to my computer since then, only some windows updates.

There is a good chance that all those extra tunnel adaptors are causing your network connection failures. This is a very common problem and it usually indicates that you need to update your network adaptor driver.

You can usually get to those extra adaptors to show up by going into Device Manager,> view tab> show hidden devices, then to network adaptors and delate all the extra tunnel adaptors you see there. A new one will be created automatically. You should reboot your machine after deleting all the extra tunnel adaptors then do another ipconfig/all and post the results here please.

If they aren't all showing up then I have some other tricks to make them show up so you can get rid of them.

If chev65's solution doesn't work, I'd try reinstalling the network adapter driver you're using in Device Manager, restart to reinstall it.

Next check System Restore for a Restore Point from before the problem arose.

Well I deleted all the extra ones I saw, but when I rebooted they didn't come back?

Still having Browser loading issues...

Oh also, I've done 3 system restores so far, and none of them have worked...

Reinstall the Realtek adapter. Is there a newer driver for it cued in optional Windows Updates? If not check the computer or device maker's Support Downloads webpage.

What browser are you using?

Install Firefox to see if the problem persists.
