Windows 7: Windows sometimes automatically maximize.

Windows sometimes automatically maximize.

If I open up windows explorer or a windowed game and click around, sometimes it will fullscreen itself. It's been happening for about 6 months now and I'm finally sick and tired of it. I am sure I am not double clicking the top portion, nor am I dragging the screen to activate the Aero side thing.

Is there a setting I may have accidentally tripped, or is this a new 'feature' I was not aware of?

Any and all help is thanked and I look forward to your opinions. :]
