    Can't install programs, SFC Cannot repair corrupt file


    Here is the CBS.log:

    Hello go7go,

    We'll need to see your sfcdetails.txt file from OPTION THREE in the tutorial below instead to be able to determine what SFC was unable to repair.

    In addition, you might see if doing the items in the blue Note box under step 4 in Option Two in the same tutorial below may be able to help have SFC repair the files.

    Thanks for the reply.

    I edited the registry and made it use a previous version of TrustedInstaller... so far so good, I was able to install a program.


    I won't stress about the corrupt file, as long as everything appears to work. Otherwise I'll be back.
