Please interpret this msiexec.exe Application Error Alert dropdown.

Have been bedeviled by the Scorpionsaver malware. Keep removing all signs of it through SafeMode: Malwarebytes, Ccleaner, Revouninstaller, removing Adpeak and Scorpionsaver from registry, but it still shows up...after a while. And at about the same time, this started to show up while opening various programs:



I have no idea what it means. What program is it referring to and how should I treat it?

It appears to me that this infection is hiding in your ram and after you remove it form the hard drive it just installs itself again on the hard drive.
