BSOD while laptop is idle,only running VLC media player BCCode:1000007

While running just VLC media player receive BSOD several times with BCCode:1000007e,

BCP4: FFFFF8800864BC50
OS Version: 6_1_7601
Service Pack: 1_0
Product: 768_1

More information is required.

1. Download this .BAT file to your desktop
2. Right-click the .BAT file and 'Run as Administrator'
3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

Unfortunately the ZIP file does not contain any .DMP files.

BSOD while laptop is idle,only running VLC media player BCCode:1000007-1.png

In Windows Explorer, browse to C:\Windows\Minidump\ and find the file called 011414-21730-01.dmp

Copy it to \My Documents, ZIP it and then upload the ZIP file here.

I think this is the right one there were two other files in the minidump so i have included them too, i hope they help.

We won't know until you try, but it should All your dmp files show the same error.
