To post a screen shot; go to the page, etc. you want to take a screenshot of; press control(ctrl) + print screen. Then, go into paint;(start, programs, accessories, then paint). and once paint is opened; click edit(I believe) at the top and go down to paste; then click paste and that should put the image you want to upload on the screen. Then click file, and then save, and write down where you save the file and for the file name put something you can easily remember. Then, click edit on your post and click the paper clip icon; go to where you saved the file, click on the file name, and then click upload. Post the screenshot and then we can go from there. • Copy and paste the contents of that logfile in your next reply.
• A copy of all logfiles are saved in the C:\AdwCleaner folder which was created when running the tool.

• Shut down your protection software now to avoid potential conflicts.
• Run the tool by double-clicking it. If you are using Windows Vista, 7, or 8; instead of double-clicking, right-mouse click JRT.exe and select "Run as Administrator".
• The tool will open and start scanning your system.
• Please be patient as this can take a while to complete depending on your system's specifications.
• On completion, a log (JRT.txt) is saved to your desktop and will automatically open.
• Post the contents of JRT.txt into your next message.

Make sure to run the delete/clean section of both of these programs.

apologies, Norton isn't exactly on that many peoples recommendation list, it doesn't look for malware as such, malwarebytes is really good but JRT and Adwcleaner look for different things than both programs you mention, i can only highly advise but your decision is your choice:)
