Really need help, "Not enough memory" problems & not latest software?

Okay just to start off I just joined this forum and the community seems great and it's so much easier to navigate than the actual microsoft forums. You guys seem really active and i'm hoping you can help me out.

A bit of background info: I'm only 13 so don't really know what i'm talking about with specifications and such which is why I may be typing stupid stuff :P I'm running windows 7 64 bit and have had my computer for around 8 months I used to own a mac before this so i'm more experienced with that than I am with windows, hence my possible misunderstanding of everything.

Alright so for around 2 months give or take a couple of weeks I've been getting a pop up from windows activation technologies saying "You are not running genuine windows, resolve online now. The first time I got this I just ignored it second time I clicked resolve online now. Brings me to this page. Genuine Microsoft Software
I click the first download link, download it and get this error message Screenshot by Lightshot
I'm not really that smart at computers so I don't really know what it means to run genuine windows and what the consequences are of not running genuine windows so I carried on ignoring it even though it would pop up once every day maybe more. So that is problem 1, that I cannot install "genuine windows"

I have a second problem, that is actually causing a nuisance as the genuine windows thing wouldn't really bother me because as far as I knew a pop up would come up every so often and I wouldn't really care. However, starting yesterday I've had a much more serious problem, at one time I am usually running chrome with multiple tabs, fraps (recording device), skype, minecraft (game), notepad and league of legends (game) I received the error in the bottom right hand corner of my screen in a small window saying something along the lines of my computer is low on memory or something and java binary something has to close, i close this and minecraft closes. (Minecraft is a java game, I think lol) often after this occurs slowly everything starts to mess up, more stuff closes my task bar changes colour to a slightly more grey/dark colour and not see through, icons begin to mess up and my computer usually shuts down. I do not actually have low memory (I think, this is a screenshot: Screenshot by Lightshot) and I am really confused as to what's going on I installed AVG soon after, it gave me more information about problem 1 (genuine latest windows thing) but didn't seem to resolve anything, I cleaned my computer with AVG and so on but doesn't seem to help. Some more information: could be a virus? I had/still don't have any virus protection as far as i'm aware of. There is also a file which I cannot get rid of, it's an MP4 file which I dowloaded when trying to convert youtube into mp4 from a possible dodgy site? Free Online YouTube to MP3, MP4, 3GP, FLV, AVI Converter is the site I downloaded it from I had downloaded stuff before from there however and it was okay. I cannot get rid of the file with AVG shredder or just deleting it, it just says deleting or recycling or whatever forever and never actually does anything.

I will reply to any questions you have on my problem and thank you for taking the time to read and (fix? ) my problem :) All help is appreciated.

    Thanks!

Some more information I haven't added: The message (Problem 2) does not appear straight away. It usually appears after I am running a game League of legends/minecraft it has appeared once today, and like 3 or 4 times yesterday. These are the only times I have had it.

    VERY IMPORTANT!
Problem 2 (Memory thing) just happened to me. Here is a screenshot of the message that came up: Screenshot by Lightshot

I clicked close programs, all I had open was chrome and AVG. Chrome closed. Did not have to restart.

Another update: Somehow even though it wasn't working before I deleted the MP4 file after it played in windows photo viewer or something and I heard the sound of the video playing. I deleted it with AVG shredder.

Hello Ood and welcome to Seven Forums.
First of all get rid of the Youtube converter, is it a malicious program, my Norton security immediately blocked the site due to suspicious activity.

Second, was w7 installed on this PC when you got it and is it brand new?

    A couple other things.

This is the preferred, best way to upload an image or a file to a post. Press the Windows logo key and PrntScrn at the same time, this will capture the active window to use in Paint or your preferred graphics editor.

Screenshots and Files - Upload and Post in Seven Forums
You may also upload a photo or image you already have as you would a file, without using the Snipping tool.

To better help us to help you would you please add your systems specs? Here's the correct way to do it. :SystemInfo See Your System Specs Under System Manufacturer/Model Number add whether it is a desktop or laptop and whether self built. Very important

Log in to Seven Forums and you will be able to transfer the info directly to the specs page in your profile from within the System Info app.

    Your System Specs here.

After doing this your specs will be available in each of your posts.
Click on My system Specs in the lower left of this post to see how it should look.:)
Full instructions are in the tutorial.

1.) You show that you have no antivirus - that is a big problem right there.

Please download and install malwarebytes and avast found in my signature and do a full scan. Report anything found here and remove it.

2.) Please answer this question: was Windows 7 installed on this PC when you got it and is it brand new?

3.) Please post screenshots of the problems you are having as suggested above, or with the windows 7 snipping tool.

You can leave the Lightshot link, but please use out uploader as I posted for future images/files.
