    Many people have many different opinnions on what pagefiles should be used...

    If you want to hear mine (or not...just ignore it then) than I have a range that I use...

    1GB = 1024MB
    MIN = 256 MB always
    MAX = 2 * RAM (1GB RAM PHYS), 1 * RAM (2GB RAM), 1/2 * RAM (3GB RAM), 1/4 * RAM (4GB RAM)

    No matter what you choose...make sure you atleast have a pagefile of 256 or above...just in case an app complains about not having one

    There's no advantage to setting it to less - assuming you have sufficient free disk space for the PF to work in. It is not like you free up resources by making it less. If disk space is so tight you need the extra gig or two of disk space, then it's time to do some disk cleanup, or add more disk storage.
