    It's mostly going to come down to what programs you installed that you no longer want or need.

    Go ahead and post a screenshot showing all of your Programs and Features, then make a list of which ones you want to uninstall. We'll double check that list first to make sure that they are safe to uninstall. :)

    Judging from the two shots I took a close look at, the first thing to do is a decent malware scan.


    Please download and install Malwarebytes Anti-malware (free version) from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ - UNtick 'Enable free trial of MBAM PRO' at the end of the installation - and update it, then run a full scan in your main account, and Quick scans in any other user accounts.

    Delete everything it finds
