too many netsh.exe running at once help!

Did this start recently? Is your computer running slower as a result? What was the last program you installed? Let's do a malware scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware: https://www.malwarebytes.org/
Be sure to select the Free Version Download. Also, at the end of the installation, uncheck the free trial of Malwarebytes Anti-Malware PRO (unless you want it). Once it has updated and is open, select the full scan and run it. Remove anything it finds.
