I got some malware, and i wanted to do a system recover because it was causing my system to crash every time i started up. The problem is the system cannot restore itself because i had corrupt files, so can someone tell me how i can restore corrupted files?

    Normally you would run the
    Code:
     sfc /scannow
command in an elevated command prompt. It often requires running the scan until it completes then rebooting and running it again then repeat the procedure a third time in order to fix system file corruption.

The link explains more in case you are confused. :)

If SFC does not fix it, this is your next step: Startup Repair

But first you have to get rid of the malware. See whether Malwarebytes cannot remove it.

someone once said if you know where the corruption is located and what exactly is corrupted, you can access another computer running the exact O/S and copy the system file into the corrupted PC. Never tried it tho just a thought.

I had sfc scan my comp and then i rebooted my comp, but now i can't even start up my comp and i cant even go into safe mode because right before it starts up it crashes... I also did startup repair, but it still crashes.. I also tried getting rid of the malware, but it was still there. I used malwarebytes and other tools to get rid of the malware but it didnt work

That's too bad. If you have no images you are probably candidate for a reinstall.

For this reason I am always preaching image, image, image. But too few people listen.

I have to restore my system from an image nearly every week. But not because of a virus but because I fiddle too much with the OS. It takes less than 20 minutes and I am back in business.
