Those services are listed as an error because Windows is trying
to start those two services and it can't. (Manual services are started/stopped as needed - but Windows can't start those two although it wants to)

According to Black Viper: It's OK for that service to be disabled if you don't plan to use Remote Assistance or HomeGroup for Networking
