Everything looks very normal. More free memory than I would like to see but nothing unusual.

Memory usage in any modern OS is highly dynamic. The memory manager will always try to assign memory where is will do the most good in maximizing performance. Memory usage may seem high but that is only because there is currently no better use for it. Run a demanding application and the current usage will be trimmed back as necessary.
