    Keep Getting libcurl.dll (missing)message

I just noticed that this message is popping up when I first turn on my PC.

    IDMGrHlp.exe.System Error
The program can't start because libcurl dll is missing. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem.

Can anyone tell me what this means and what to do about it? Thanks in advance.. Krystal

Hello Krystal and welcome to Seven Forums,

It seems the "legitimate" IDMGrHlp.exe is an Internet Download Manager from ToneC inc.

IDMGRHLP.EXE « Internet Download Manager « Download Managers « System Software Research
Internet Download Manager - the fastest download accelerator

If you installed this because you want it, try reinstalling.

If you didn't install it and don't know why it's on your PC
    - See if you can uninstall it in Control Panel > Programs and Features
    - If you still have issues, start scanning for malware

    hth,

I have the same issue, but I don't have Internet Download Manager installed.

I tried installing it and the issue remained. Uninstalled it, and get the exact same thing.

I've scanned using malwarebytes and adaware and still the same thing.

Could it be a registry issue?
