Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit.
 
 
The system cannot find the drive specified.

I mad something wrong, changed c letter in registry editor to X , this was to repair something. Since then i cannot install or uninstall any programs and receive this message when lap starts.the big problem is i cannot open the registry to reform that mistake
what can i do ?

You cannot change the OS drive letter without ruining the OS. But if it still boots then it may be salvageable.

Post back a screenshot of Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image.

If it won't boot you can rescue your files to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Everything needed is in the blue link.
