Hi clark, and welcome to Seven forums!

Can you explain your issue in a little more detail and what do you mean, exactly, by saying the PC boots every 1 month?

after 2-3 days of usage the pc will crash(hang) at anytime and the pc wont boot it just power on the cpu(fans ligths are on) and no display in the monitor after the crash i said that every month it boots because i cant use the pc anymore after it crashes so after i open the pc again it boots after 2-3 weeks

    lets take a scenario

boot > error hang at anytime > pc wont boot > cooldown not opening pc for a few weeks > pc will boot again

I would suspect the PSU (Power Supply) if I had this issue.
I've seen weird problems with a PSU that is "starting to fail" and needs to be replaced ...
Can you test with a different PSU, or have your PSU tested ?
Can you add your PSU make and model to your SF specs, and how old is it ?

You can also work through this tutorial for Win 7 failure to boot:

I would say PSU problem as well. They to find another psu to swap and try. From experience this could also point to a motherboard problem.

After about 4-5 years the electrolytic capacitors in both motherboard and psu start to dry up. And when they dry up it will cause weird problems.

There is one trick that some times work is when the pc crashes in this situation. Switch it off and also unplug the power outlet for about 5 minutes then plug back in and try again.
