New Win7 Ultimate installation on a new (Tiny) SSD, how2optimize?

    Hey guys,
Got my 120GB SSD (First time),
Win 7 ultimate is now installed, up and running!
What are the things I can/should do to save up/optimize space? I know 120 isn't alot but that's what I could afford right now.
So far I've disabled/deleted the hibernate file (I never use hibernate on Desktop PC), that cleared up like 6 GB easy, anything else?

Btw, I have additional 1TB x2 HDDs installed where I will be installing programs/games I don't wish to take space of my SSD.

    Thanks

120 should be fine for most installations.

I have an 80 GB SSD and use only about 33, with about 60 applications installed.

The only other thing I can think of offhand is the page file. But really, I wouldn't bother unless you get up near 90 GB used.

You can use either Disk Cleanup or CCleaner to keep it maintained pretty well.

120GB for OS (+ many programs and many of the users files) will certainly be fine even without doing anything special.

But if you feel the need for more space (in addition to what's already done):
Run Disk Clean-up > Clean up system files.
Set Virtual Memory to some min-max values, example: initial 250MB, max whatever-you-like. Will very probably stay on min for 100% of time.
