Getting Windows Resume Loader on resuming from hibernation

I got this: Your systems firmware did not preserve the system memory map across hibernation - Laptop General Hardware Forum - Laptop - Dell Community

Not using a laptop though just a standard pc with Widndows 7.

Should I do what is suggested there or what?

The windows loads back in normal when I start it up with the data still loaded but I do feel I need to fix this because its acting weird sometimes and lagging hard.

Turn off Hibernate and delete the C:/Hiberfile after unhiding Hidden and System files:
Hibernate - Enable or Disable - Windows 7 Forums
Hidden Files and Folders - Show or Hide - Windows 7 Forums

Reboot, then re-enable Hibernate to see if it works properly.

If not try a SFC /SCANNOW Command.

If this fails to help then consider a Repair Install.

However I'd also look over the steps for doing a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 to see if you could improve your install overall by reinstalling following the steps, tools and methods which have worked best in tens of thousands of installs we've directly helped do here.
