Problems running rate computer and system health.

    Hi

Been having discussions on this thread.
    Rate computer fails
And have been asked to open a new one.

My system specs are up to date as far as I know.

I am seeing errors in event view regarding bitlocker, however this should not be on my system and I seem to have confirmed its not active.

We wondered if this was causing the issue?

Also when I try to run generate system health report, it hangs.
Gives error as shown in the link above on page 3.

Would be most grateful for some help as this was a expensive system and I had expected bug free for a while at least lol

Do you really have SCSI drives through a SCSI adapter? That's the only thing I see different than most systems.

Run Piriform's Speccy. When done, click on File, Publish Snapshot. It will give you a URL where the Speccy data is saved. Post that URL here so we can look at it.

    For instance, mine is: http://speccy.piriform.com/results/v...4PD6fbNabsR2tQ

If you send the link generated from the 'publish to web' to someone else, when they open it info such as Windows License number etc is stripped out.

Try saving the link yourself and then opening it in another browsing session.
Edit: An alternative would be to Save a snapshot then zip and upload the resulting DESKTOP.speccy file here.

The drives are connected via sata onto the MB, four of them, the only one that comes via the pci e card adapter goes to a e-sata port on the front of the case that I have been using for my external HDD.

The only thing I see in Speccy that is suspect is the power:

    Voltage:
    CPU CORE: 0.792 V
    MEMORY CONTROLLER: 2.028 V
    +3.3V: 2.016 V
    +5V: 3.427 V
    +12V: 3.312 V
    -12V: (6.960) V
    -5V: (6.144) V
    +5V HIGH THRESHOLD: 2.843 V
CMOS BATTERY: 1.476 V (should be closer to 2.5V)

I find it hard to believe the reported numbers. If they were off that much the computer would not run at all.

    Hi

Googling for some hours lead me to a concern about the smbios and a illegal character in that.
After some time I found a utility that claims to read smbios.
Please see the attached, can't see anything wrong myself but I leave it to you experts :)
