A small suggestion.
I have PM andrew129260 and he has no problem with my suggestion and asked me to post it.

I would do this next. It checks and repairs Windows 7 System Files if it can.

I hate to see you go through all those good suggestion and find out when done Window System files are messed up.

This tutorial by Brink will guide you through it.

SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Let us know the results of the scan.

Glad to hear it, make sure you check out every blue link. I know it is easy to slip past reading something when there is so much text. Reading through it all carefully when you have a lot of free time will help. Especially the optimize windows 7 tutorial. That tutorial walks you through everything performance wise that you can tweak safely.

Also suggest doing what Layback Bear posted above.

Do I understand that you ran sfc /scannow and it found problems?

If so complete andrew129260 post #8 and post requested logs.

Hello, At first, thanks for the input to help me. Friday i was updating/installing test server from World of Tanks. During the download of the test server (file of 7.5GB) i got twice a BSOD telling me the driver of the network caused the problem. Of course, i was a bit surprised, though did...

Need a high framerate screen sharing software
Does anybody know if there's a screen sharing software where my friend can watch my screen at at least 30fps, or close to it? Resolution does not have to be great, but it would be best if the program sends sound as well. We generally have a very good internet connection to each other, since he...

Very high CPU usage, causing very high laptop CPU temps (90c idle)
This problem began yesterday. I noticed my CPU was at 90C constantly with very high CPU usage (>50%). I had no major programs running. I rebooted several times and the program persisted. 1. I went into safe mode and everything was normal. So this rules out hardware issues. 2. I reformatted and...

Windows 7 laptop drops connection when my router and modem are working
I have a dell inspiron laptop. Core i3. It works fantastically. However, it will randomly disconnect from the internet and then reconnect (usually) soon after. Sometimes I need to restart the computer, or the modem/router but that's only a temporary fix. It prevents me from playing any multiplayer...

Halo Framerate
The framerate has gotten steadily worse on this game, despite having upgraded the video card. It is so bad, that when firing the pistol continously, it only fires ~1 x per second. Reinstalling the game didn't improve it any...what would?
