Temporary Files >70GB

last week my computer had 60GB of free space, today <10GB! I used Jdiskreport & found that my Temp folder is over 70GB in size! how did my Temp folder get so large just in a month after installing Windows 7? can I delete them using Disk Cleanup?

Yes you can delete temp files using Disk cleanup.
