Looking back at your OP screen prints, the ADOBE programs were installed in 2010.
Those are way out of date, and Adobe is a known "security concern".

I don't use Adobe Air or Adobe Reader.
Adobe Reader is used to view PDF files.
I use Nitro PDF, Foxit Reader, or Browser for PDFs.

My Adobe Flash player plugin Version is 14.0.0.179, yours is 10.0.32.18

Do you keep your system updated ?
Are you up to date with Windows Updates ?

I use these programs to help me keep my PCs up-to-date:
FileHippo Update Checker
Secunia PSI
Belarc Advisor
Windows Update (built into Windows)

If you do keep your system updated, why did you have out of date versions in the screen prints in post #1, such as Adobe Flash ?

Glad to hear you uninstalled everything you don't need, that's good.
Only you can decide what you need, my needs may be different, so my installed programs will be different...

Create Backup Image(s) before making system changes, so you can easily recover from any problems ...

I've tried to Clean Up Factory Bloatware about as many times as I've done a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 and the reinstall always runs better, possibly because of all the other Best Practices and Optimizations that are included in the tutorial.

Over a million users have done the Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 without a single complaint. It compiles everything we've learned works best in tens of thousands of installs we've helped with here directly, and avoids the problems we've seen in many more thousands of help cases.
