I think your WEI rating goes down once you reach your bottlenecks. Possibly your GPU is too good for your CPU (or maybe it's because I don't like i7 )

RC1 = releas candidate 1, microsoft thinks it has a product ready to be released, this is there test to see if they can find any flaws before release if they do there could be an RC2, if not this could be close to the finished product, microsoft tests before releasing the RC's but there is no way they could test on the varity of mechines that the general public has, or test using the viraty of skills that they will find in the public theater. anything minor they can tweek, but this gives them another opertunity to catch any major flaws, with this being an RC it is clear they dont expect one, but thats why they test.

fresh install of 7100 (found a copy with x64 and x32 with all versions in one download!) even if i clock my cards to 750/1800/1100 the scores didnt budge. oh well.
