Hello, my computer's performance ratings:

And example: There is BIG LAG when I Play NFS Underground 2, or just GTA San Andreaes. Cal Of Duty 1,2 Lag too... What the Hell?

Have you made sure your graphic drivers are all up-to-date? :S

Yes, I'm Sure for it! But May be, couse I didn't update it, becouse Computer Management shows, couse driver is some after update, but Windows Update can't find newer.... :/

Your video card and those games = not so good

Check device manager for ATI X2400 XT. Tell us what driver it says it is using and the date by going to driver tab after double clicking on it.

All of my systems still run fastest on XP 32-bit for the most part. Win7 is fun to play with, but I still prefer XP for raw speed, security, and functionality.
I know that, but just dirvers come, I install it, but that information didn't change!

It didn't change because your hardware id string is not in .inf.

Put it in and force update through device manager.
