What graphics card do you have? Try turning off visual effects like shadows and fading etc. If the message goes away and stays away, then your graphics driver is telling windows incorrectly that it cannot handle it. I have seen this before and It is always due to a bad driver or not having the latest driver. If you have the latest graphics driver, search google to see if others are having the problem with that driver and gpu, then go back to an older driver and see if that helps.

I don't understand why windows think my computer is slow... I got a core i7 4790k with 16gb of ram, a very fast Samsung Pro SSD and a $600 graphic card..

How can i desactivate this sh*t ?

The most common time I have seen that message is when your vram is being consumed to it's limits, go into task manager and click on memory tab to order by which processes are taking so much of your vram and end them. And also if this is a REAL alert from windows I bet you can also just startup msconfig and go to startup and stop all those programs and processes from booting up with the pc, thus not have too many processes consuming so much. Here's a video I made on a few simple steps to speed up your pc https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SdpdouJqpFk

Ok Andrew asked you what card you had because I am guessing he was unaware of what you had at the time for whatever reason we are all not perfect. Have you updated the card at all?

Updated the drivers for the video card won't do anything, yes it helps to update it for new games and such but nothing significant enough to stop this problem he is encountering. He said he spent 600 bucks on a v-card...that's alot and I wish he would state what kind it is. But that message happens when 1 or more processes are consuming alot of vram. If he would just start task manager and order by memory and see which processes are consuming them and end the process it would work, but he also needs to stop them from booting up with the computer by starting a RUN command or just click start and type in msconfig and go to the startup tab and uncheck all of the programs.
