Windows has detected your computers performance is slow

I get this error from time to time, especially when i game and alt+tab:

"Windows has detected your computers performance is slow"

And even worse, sometimes i get a popup telling me that the colors was switched back to windows default, so i get a nasty skin without Aero

I don't understand why windows think my computer is slow... I got a core i7 4790k with 16gb of ram, a very fast Samsung Pro SSD and a $600 graphic card..

    How can i desactivate this sh*t ?

First up[ anarchoi mate we need some more system specs - no offence but I am surprised that someone who seems to know what they are on about hasn't done this yet.
System Info - See Your System Specs

Anyway I would suggest without knowing exactly what you have got set up that you update all the drivers for starters and maybe run these

https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/433-disk-check.html< if necessary include the /f switch in the command line as per Option2

ADW download frombleeping computer delete any rubbish found with the malware scans

Already done that. I'm not a noob.

All drivers are up to date and i have ran anti-virus scans and malwarebyte scans.

Hmm well I missed that (usually the specs are down in the System spec link at the bottom of your post) but if you know the motherboard then you can go look for the drivers then - good luck:)

Are you sure that is a legitimate message from Windows itself?

That's a direct quote? It's not punctuated correctly. I've never even heard of such a message and am wondering if it's something else delivering the message--not Windows.

Have you done thorough malware and anti-virus scans?

Yes it is a legitimate message from Windows, but i have windows in french so i tried to translate it for the forum. The message appears in the system tray.

And yes i scanned many times for viruses and malwares. 100% sure this is not the problem
