Go to task manager to be sure all your ram is recognized.
In search type memory diagnostic, to see if everything is ok. If these work out, do not worry about it your computer is working properly and will use the additional ram if needed.
Task manager says that all my RAM, 32765 MB, is recognized. Windows Memory Diagnostics reports that there are no errors.

Thank you richc46 I learned a couple of things.

I am certainly not complaining that I have resources to spare and then some. I was just curious as to why my RAM usage only went up from 2.5GB (8%) or 3.2GB (10%) at "ideal" to a max of about 4GB (12%) of RAM usage under "heavy" usage. I just thought that a 64bit OS would use much more RAM if it had it and I wondered why it did not. That is my question.
Probably your heavy usage is not heavy enough to fill 32 GBs, just a thought.
Had to laugh at your reply here. Yea, never thought that the usage I spoke about earlier, two dozen youtube videos running, a video on WMC and running AVG at full speed, would use up "ALL" my RAM, but with a 64bit (Win 7) OS I thought I would use a lot more than 4.5GB of RAM since I have 32GB for the OS to use.

By the way, under such usage almost all, 96% plus, of my quad-core 3.0GHz CPU power is used at times. I still don't quite get it as to why more RAM is not used. The only answers I have gotten are that it does not need more, which is a surprise considering my CPU usage under such loads. Any tech answers out there.
