install/clean windows still happen that WEI unable to compute rating for memory error. System drive C: was Xp941 on M2X4 slot on the motherboard.

Move the system drive to Hyper M.2x4 Pcie card and restart system still WEi error.

install W7 on sata SSD samgsung 840 pro and WEI rated at 7.9.

clone the drive Xp941 to sata vertex SSD WEI rated 7.9.

buy M2x4 to SATA adaptor install Xp941 WEI rated at 7.9.

Clone XP941 to Plextor M.2x2 drive and test WEI rated 7.9.

After all this my conclusion M2x4 samgsung xp941 has some unrated performance which windows was not able to recognize it when installed on M.2x4 native motherboard slot.

Thanks for sharing! Your file could not be installed on my computer (same as yours),
but this one did the trick:
