    WEI Unable to determine memory performance Error


    W7X64 Pro
    ASUS X99-DELUXE
    CPU5960X
    DDR4 Crossair 2800Mhz
    GTX750Ti/K5000/K20
    M.2 Plextor 256GB Extended Drive System C: + Xp941 System C: 512 GB
    WD Black2TB X3
    XT750GB X2

    When I run Windows performance Index
    I get this message Unable to determine memory performance
    Try various solutions avaliable on net.
    Update hot fix memory as per as L3 cache more than 16MB
    nothing solved this error windows still un rated

    Welcome to the 7Forums!

    It may appear your RAM may be a little faulty.

    Try running Memtest86+ overnight.

    Be sure to post back results.

    9 hours of memtest+86 passed .
    Any more tips am stuck here.

    stopped memtest 86 after 9hrs
    removed usb drive
    restart sytem
    unable to boot bios overclocking failed error run setup press F1
    load optimized default restart system
    system boots into windows and freeze
    reset system go to bios and reload default bios
    sytem boot to windows and freeze
    restart and reconfigure memory frequency to 2133mhz
    reboot windows freeze again
    load usb drive run memtest86
    memtest strts and freeze too

    MEMTEST86 killed my system after 9 hrs test. this test killed my system really?

    am back to work will troubleshoot further tonight.

    try clear cmos and reset still windows freeze
    loading BART PE from USB also freeze
    My new 5960X build failed completely.

    csrikant, he was trying to help you, Try clearing your cmos. Please fill in the rest of your specs, you can use this

    get back the system to the dealer stripped mb cpu ram off and in test bench everything back to normal w7 now function normally but WEI error remains could not access memory performance.

    dealer technician advice to reinstall clean windows and try one more time if still happens need to replace ram.
