Windows 7: Can delete or open file, but cant copy it to any location

Can delete or open file, but cant copy it to any location

So i have a file, a .cab extension, i can open it via winrar and saw the properties of that file, also i can delete it to recycle bin, but i cant copy that file to another location in same hdd or to my external hdd. Already run chkdsk and 0 bad sector in my ext hdd and the hdd that contain that file.Oh, and my pc was freeze when copying that file.

Any help would be appreciate

How big is the file? Maybe sending it to yourself as an attachment to an E-Mail then save it where you wish?

@Berton thanks for your response Berton and sorry for long reply The file is big since its a part of visual studio installer, some days ago i noticed that the HDD of that file is almost failing so I can make the conclusion that some sector of that file is unreadable, that makes my pc freeze when I want to copy that file to another location, but thanks anyway for your response Berton i think my problem is solved now
