Do you just want a blank and empty drive?

Or do you want to re-install Windows?

Your system specs says you have Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit.

Do you have a "Certificate Of Authenticity" sticker somewhere on the PC?

If so, what version of Windows is mentioned on that sticker?

    I repeat:

What does it say on the sticker?

Does it mention a "Product Key"?

You are not providing the right information. The COA sticker is a paper label on the outside of a desktop, on the bootom or under the battery on a laptop. Do you see a 25 digit product key for Windows 7 Ultimate there.

If yes, you can do this: Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7
