Dealing with the repRSE issue is for more experienced persons. The average Joe needs a cool solution.

I'm having the same problem with Win 7 backup. I'm not looking for a "cool" solution, but perhaps more instruction on reparse points would serve to enlighten us all. ??Any takers??
