That is a good idea .. I usually Install the Updates on a spare Computer first which i use for testing ...

Well, unfortunately I don't have a spare computer. We have my mom's 8.1 desktop, my laptop, and my sisters' laptop. They all have an everyday user.

I don't know. They should if it has to be compatible with a house phone. But, I am not going to give them the old router and then wait until the next week without Internet for them to hook our new system up. So, I am wondering if ISPs will do that. Do you know?

Who is your ISP ? ... I am sure they will let you keep the old one until it is replaced ...

Coosa Cable Company...They are our local ISP that serves for Central Alabama and St. Clair County, Alabama.

It's the Express Package...Almost top of the line. They said it wouldn't interfere with my internet.

Hi basically when 1 hard disk currently defragmenting manual , show consolidate and defragmented , now i see my hard disk relocated , what is that ? problem of my hard disk ?

scanned photos can not be moved
When I try to drag or drop a scanned photo I get a pop up window telling me the photo has to be elevated...Wht does that mean? I am using an HP B209a-m Photosmart Plus Printer/scanner

Registry and Pagefile, do they need to be defragmented?
I rembered I had PageDefrag when I was using XP but now I'm using 7. So do I need to find 3rd party software or will 7's default defragmenter do the job?
