Sometimes if you correctly disable a wireless manager in msconfig it will interfere with Win7's superior wireless manager until uninstalled in the Control Panel. It looks like you had Intel wireless manager come in possibly with a wireless device. It may reappear until it is turn off at Startup in preferences or ideally uninstalled completely. It is never needed, as you correctly say, just the driver.
Yet these key adjustments to have a completely clean boot are still considered radical as some users cling to these startups as though they are the program themselves and not a way to spy on you while posing as an updater.

Um....I'm a little confused on your last sentence about spying on me as a poser as an updater. But why in the hell would anyone cling to these startups, they don't need to be there anyhow unless you you use it as soon as you log in. The main point here is that I have had that message myself, it is when you consuming too much vram, for instance if I had a call of duty game at highest graphic levels and also another game running at the same time that's using as much as call of duty is. I have ran two games on accident before and didn't know wtf was going on until i started up task manager. I'm not sure I believe though that his video card cost 600, and he needs to post his specs. It could be just one process doing all this or multiple, I've also seen happen with viruses that consume a shit load of video memory. But whatever, the best thing for this dude to do is just format his damn hdd, because that's the easiest way for him since he is not tune into common problems like this, or just too lazy to google the message and read on various forums on what the solution is.
I meant that Startups will often pose as Updaters when what almost all are doing is spying to build consumer profiles that have market value.
The exception is Flash player updater which is important since video problems can crop up with a version of flash player that's only a few months old, so it's worth it to have notification when a new version is available.
Sometimes the AV also requires starting with Windows to function correctly. Panda is very lightweight and free, but has 3 needed Startups/Services, MSE is comparable though slightly less aggressive and has 1.
I was glad to see your video because for the longest time I have been the only one I read online who advocates a completely clean boot with no startups at all except those you absolutely need at hand when you start, which can include AV, Sync, gadgets, stickies for lists you making, etc.
But since a million users have done a Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 each shedding a couple dozen useless bloatware startups, there are now many who enjoy running Win7 unshackled by a bunch of freeloaders.
