I added a third monitor through to DP on Monday it is now Friday. everything been running fine but just this morning the PC turned off for no reason twice in the space of 30 minutes. I know i should check tempratures but unsure where to down load the software and also what recommended temps should be. Any help would be appreciated

Your power supply might not be enough for everything you're trying to run. Have a read here
Allied AL-D500EXP 500W power supply review and even though not exactly the same model it's basically the same. For your temps you can Download something like HWMonitor here
CPUID - System & hardware benchmark, monitoring, reporting
Let us know what temps it reports. Also get rid of Avast and use MSE with the free Malwarebytes for weekly scans

Avast isn't that bad of an antivirus. You need to get rid of the Allied PSU and get something of higher quality like a Seasonic PSU. Clean out your computer with compressed air and consider changing out the thermal paste to something high quality like Arctic Silver to make sure your PC runs at its coolest.
