    2 monitors. 1 off. Performace?

    I use a 2 monitor setup.
    PC monitor and a TV.
Most of the time, the TV is off or using a different HDMI input (meaning, it's not connected to the PC).

Will this still cause a performance drop?

Also, my primary monitor (PC) is actually set as the secondary monitor. I tried everything..
    Does it even matter?

    Thanks in advance.

I don't see how it could cause a performance drop, especially when its disconnected. Are all your drivers up to date? As for your primary/secondary monitor well, ...... have you tried this? wrong primary monitor in dual monitor setup

(Its early, I'm only on my second cup of coffee so still half asleep and don't feel like typing it all over ....)

Yeah.. I know what you mean, but still..
Doesn't it effect performance at all?

And yes. I tried that fix.
I also use my monitors as "duplicate". So this is a bit more tricky as for setting "primary"..
